Koeman's press conference today on Lukaku: so if we're not challenging for titles (which we wont be for the rest of this decade) "of course, it's not good that he finishes his career at Everton".
He's still not getting it.
That's being optimistic Dave......Koeman's press conference today on Lukaku: so if we're not challenging for titles (which we wont be for the rest of this decade) "of course, it's not good that he finishes his career at Everton".

If he has, then keeping him hasn't been helped by his manager telling him he needs to be at a "big club".You aint getting it Dave.
Lukaku is gone.

Stones was allowed to go this summerI think this comes from the very top. I.e. Moshiri/Kenwright, not just Koeman. As Moutsgoat said, Lukaku will be off in the summer unless we get CL. Koeman is setting his sights on the Europa and doesn't see Everton at the moment as being able to compete with at least 4 or 5 clubs. The board will be happy to get £65m or perhaps even more if Lukaku has an outstanding season. I think it's already agreed that Lukaku can leave in the summer but he will have to keep scoring goals to make a massive move possible.
Stones was allowed to go this summer
Lukaku next summer
Barkley the following summer
That will be bring in the vast majority of Everton's spending for this and the following two seasons.
Apparently we have a billionaire now and the days of sell to buy are well and truly over....
Not their best players on a regular basis...not if you want to get into the CL and...erm...keep your best players.Barkley wont be going anywhere, hes rubbish.
All clubs sell players.
