In the event of us not getting a favourable result on Sunday, I have a thread in mind for this.
Let's hope I do not need to publish this great work
Nothing ironic. Lee and Bingham hold nothing on Moyes and both had title challenging teams at points.Ahhhh.........irony , I get irony. Well done.![]()
Tell you what I never liked Lee , but the football we played then was better then a lot I've watched since.Nothing ironic. Lee and Bingham hold nothing on Moyes and both had title challenging teams at points.
And the last two clowns at the helm have only raised moyes stock.
Let's stick to post war for the avoidance of nonsense posts like yours8 managers have won trophies in our History.
Moyes isnt 1 of them, so that makes him at least the 9th best manager in our history.
Maybe but lee had no staying power. The final days of lee were as grim as they get.Tell you what I never liked Lee , but the football we played then was better then a lot I've watched since.
Sorry Gordon.

“We need at least this winter and we need next summer to make changes in this club"
But, despite a dramatic downturn since the start of the season, Koeman believes he will learn more about the squad during this period than had their encouraging early results continued. “I still have the belief we will be successful at Everton,” he said. “Maybe we need a little more time, maybe we need to make more changes in the team, maybe we need it for next season. We know it is a new project and everybody knows that takes time. We had a good start, it is a difficult time now but that is football.”
He added: “It is always difficult when there is a lack of confidence and a lack of belief but it can be good for me to see the reaction of the team in a difficult time. It is better to see that. Of course you like to have a win every weekend because everyone is happy but sometimes, to get your eyes really open, maybe this time is the best to understand what we need to change.”
Sounds like he now knows they are a bunch of work shy losers.

mate to throw in results from the 20s and 30s to justify moyes being not in the top 3 is very weak and less than i would have expected from youI know, lets make it fit your agenda even more.
1 manager has won a trophy in the Premiership era.
So that makes Moyes the 2nd best manager in the the post-Sky era.
Happy now?

Felt the same looked stale not playing lately. Usually always put in a good shift helping the defense.I thought bringin Lennon in would give him the winger plus a good player at closing down, I am not a massive fan of Lennon but when he has played in the past he has worked hard for the team
Even he looked lacklustre in the games he has started
You know you are right. What I'm I thinking anyone but Cleverley to replace Lennon. But Koeman likes him over others. We will be like a ten man squad.I think we'll see it tomorrow mate when Cleverley comes in for Lennon.
You did say ...."in our history"Let's stick to post war for the avoidance of nonsense posts like yours
I agree with most but leave Baines out of it, the lad bleeds blue. That's rather uncalled for.
Especially when the post was 90% dead on.
I simply cant agree that taking Baines off is ever a bad idea thesedays.
