To be fair, they gave Martinez the chance to win the Semi Final he got us to, and we were not in danger of going down. I would say that is reasonable board, not a joke of a board. They showed a patience that is often required in these situations (see Moyes 2nd season with us, Howard Kendalls 1st spell, Alex Ferguson at Utd, etc).

But the game is changing, mostly for the worse, and this type of patience seems to be dying with it.

Are Board are a joke mate and until I see them act ruthlessly of and on the field that won't change
