Can't decide on a formation, can't decide on a team, didn't get the players we needed in the summer, plays players out of position constantly and now he's paying the price.

Overrated in the extreme and appears to have fallen out with plenty of players, we don't look a happy squad at all and that falls on him.

Nah not for me, people keep giving him that get out of jail card like he played no part in it but I don't accept that. It was the single most important position we needed to strengthen and we knew it was coming and he did nothing about it.

He's essentially got us to play like Stoke, but 10x worse and without scoring any goals and conceding loads.

Thing is though lids, a striker wouldn't magically enable us to create chances or have shots on goal. A striker wouldnt make the manager magically adopt a style of play and shape.

He will be gone if this isn't turned around you think.... But then against its our joke of a board were talking about here who binned Roberto with only a game left.

To be fair, they gave Martinez the chance to win the Semi Final he got us to, and we were not in danger of going down. I would say that is reasonable board, not a joke of a board. They showed a patience that is often required in these situations (see Moyes 2nd season with us, Howard Kendalls 1st spell, Alex Ferguson at Utd, etc).

But the game is changing, mostly for the worse, and this type of patience seems to be dying with it.
