I actually despise the man, but there's absolutely no way he asked for a contract!

...Doc, y'know what, I wouldn't be remotely surprised if he had done and had broached it thus...

'So you're here for the long term Mr MOSH, phenomenal, I want to be a part of that...waddya think?'

(perhaps not quite like that like but you get the gist)

It is not beyond him. Sadly...

Has any manager ever won the FA cup with two different clubs?
Yes, but not recently. Last time it happened was in the 50's with Billy Walker (Sheffield Wednesday in 1935, Nottingham Forest in 1959). Herbert Chapman did it with Huddersfield in 1922 and Arsenal in 1930.

I remember in RM's first season with us when we went out to Arsenal at the QF, in the build up people were saying no-one's ever won it with two different clubs in consecutive years. He's missed out on that, but he could still become only the 3rd to do it with two different teams and the first to do it in 57 years.

Thanks for that.

Let's just get one thing straight here - he's not even getting us to the final let alone winning the cup!!

We'll get another public bumming on Saturday and Martinez will still be our manager on Monday morning. He'll either be staying until this summer or maybe even next season too.

Grim times :dodgy:
No don't think so - we'll bring in a new top manager with the Moshiri money - looking forward to it

Hmmmm, makes me think maybe he does have a clause inserted in his current contract about performance and us being able to bin him off should he not meet certain criteria, would make a lot more sense why although a decision has apparently been made to terminate him that they are waiting for a certain time to do so

No compo for him should he fail to meet a league position or deliver a cup win maybe?
