I have bad feeling that the shambles in the boardroom is worse than the one in the pitch dugout.
The leeches are still clinging onto any power they have left to block progress.

This clown shouldn't be given the privilege of leading us out at Wembley, doesn't deserve it!
But he's had his shoes polished specially for the occasion mate..

How about a variation on the usual

He must be, he must be removed
He must be, he must be removed
Even if we go and win the FA Cup
He must be removed

allez allez allez oh

tried to fit martinez into that song and failed :(

also connor mcgregor isn't retired, just fed up of doing promotions, good on him for making a stand

Before yesterdays game, the 'In' votes on this poll were 420/430ish, it's now sat at 405, might not seem like a lot, but looks like his staunch support crumbled in a big way last night.

But the more I think about it, i'm more angry with the players after last night than Martinez, I honestly cannot remember a more abject display. They might as well have walked out waving white flags last night.

I know we're going to get a pasting on Saturday but if they do somehow muster a performance, I honestly think i'll be even angrier, you can't pick and choose when to be arsed, just because there's a cup at stake. The majority of those players don't seem to understand just what a local derby means to us supporters, the 3,000 supporters that paid £52 to endure that. But it's not just the 90 minutes, it's usually the weeks of mocking from red friends/family. (although this time we seem to be getting pity from them...PITY!)

We have regressed so sharply in the past 2 seasons i'm not sure even a new manager could turn things around quickly. A new manager may need to start from scratch.

The toxicity towards martinez has been created by martinez! With 2 frustratingly below par seasons and a team that looks like they've completely given up on Everton and his philosophy,

Keeping him regardless of a semi final sets a precedent of mediocrity and zero ambition my opinion

Given the overwhelming negativity towards Martinez and my newbie status, I'm probably on a hiding to nothing but here goes.

I was not happy when he was originally appointed. A manager with a relegation on his CV represented a huge gamble. However, I thought his first season in charge was spectacular. It may well have been due to the team that Moyes built, but I enjoyed it more than any of the previous 10 seasons. The second season was a disappointment but one I was happy to draw a line under because of the previous one. This season's league campaign has been a disaster in terms of results and league position, but there have still been some very impressive performances to draw hope from. I was genuinely over-the-moon with Martinez's stance over Stones and thrilled that the player stayed at the club. The nurturing of Barkley and Lukaku and the signing of Deulofeu instilled hope.

I'm old school. Every FA Cup win is burnt on my brain. I will remember every single one of them achieved in my lifetime, much more than a top 4 or 6 finish in the Prem. If we lose on Saturday then fairplay, feed Roberto to the lions. However, should he win the trophy, I'll happily stick with him until Christmas. It's been 21 years after all.

Good luck to the lads on Saturday.
