This is a Moyes-type player that if the price is right is worth a punt. He's only 27 FFS, it's not like he's 32. Yes, he's had some injuries at Spurs but honestly he never really gelled there. If we can get him on the cheap we could do much worse, and he can perhaps rekindle some magic coming home

To be fair he has been available but very often just not picked.
I wouldn't rule anything out although it certainly would be seen as very unlikely.
Spurs will want him to leave I expect, Richarlison could refuse to talk to any club except Everton which might force a deal that Everton could afford... of course that is if Everton want to bring him back and we have no idea about this.
The Spurs deal has been a disaster for him and when at Everton he was rarely injured.
I doubt this will happen at all and only if we get an exceptionally good deal but he is a good player and nothing should be ruled out.
I love Richarlison, but, his injury record has been horrific at Spurs, the only way we should consider taking him is on a loan deal, with an option if he manages to play 30 games or so next season. Even then, the mooted fee of around £40 million is far to high for us to pay out on a player of his age. That's how our problems began, high fees and silly wages for players who would be to old, at the end of their deals to have a sell on value.
All comes down to terms and medical assessment.

Ask yourself, if he never played for Everton, would you sign him? I wouldn't. I would be looking at someone 5 years younger.

He's not injured, he just doesn't want to play for that joke of a club. Once he's back here and his head is in the right place again, he'll be back playing most games (and playing through a slight injury again like he did last time)
