I like Richy and he always puts in a shift and brings energy to the team but I definitely think he's gone stale this season. Doesn't really seem to have the spark he did the last two seasons - remember his home debut against Southampton and he was up and down the wing trying tricks, taking on his man. Now he seems to play safe, for 2-3 months you can forgive him but I don't think I've been overly impressed by him in a single game this season. Perhaps he's missing the crowds? Love that he gets involved with the fans on twitter and stuff but not overly keen on him giving large to the opposition fans if he can't be performing on the pitch. He was speaking earlier on in the season saying how Ancelotti had persuaded him to keep on going another season but to be perfectly honest I don't think he'd need persuading for another season because I can't see a team higher than us putting in what we would consider a "reasonable" bid for him. If he does want his move to a champions league club he needs to be doing it nearly every week like the others who got their move away from us, or at least were linked away from us were doing.
