Return of fans to stadiums to be controlled by Ballot

We got Man C game. Our STs are Top Balcony, but we’ve been put in Upper Gwlays.

Seems strange to use Gwladys St, narrow street with houses opening directly onto street. Inside tight concourses. Would have thought they’d use the Park End as the only modern built stand. Loads of space outside & inside.

Glad to be going!!! Just seems like a strange decision.

I think they don't use Park end due to away team being situated in car park/walk through that way? Even though they may aswell be in the normal changing rooms now as they come in to contact with the opposition anyway and get tested weekly

Not sure exactly where that changing room is?, but they could easily close the Bullens road gate & corden off that area. There’s loads of space outside the stand & no comparison inside to Gwladys st. Concourse, toilets etc..

What are the chances we go into national lockdown again? Or will we still stick with tier 2?

Anyone who has United will get away with it, anyone who has City will possibly get to go.

I think anyone waiting for West Ham or a potential home Semi Final may find themselves unfortunate, as I'd be shocked if they don't call a national lockdown on first day after Bank Holiday on 29th tbh.

Just been to aintree racecourse for a covid test prior to the game and was gutted to find I tested positive, however as I had no symptoms as such I am so thankful we are the only club with this testing policy in place,I have vulnerable over 80s parents to consider and what a risk I would have been rocking up at Goodison, although I feel like crying, this sums up to me the peoples club tag.
