So I got an email to say I’d been successful for the Man Utd game. When I click on the link to buy tickets all I can see is my order history and no tickets.

Am I meant to be getting another email with tickets on or am I missing something??

You need to order by 13.30 today or it goes back into the ballot.

Just had my third unsuccessful email from the club (this time for the City game)....applied for every one now and sod all.

Ahhh well...Will keep trying! Congrats to everyone who got a ticket!

I was speaking to my cousin earlier who is a season ticket holder, he didn't even get an email off the club as to whether he was successful or not for the Man City ballot. He's not a happy bunny to put it mildly.

Same thing happened for me, I just logged in again and there is an imagine to click on the ticketing homepage which takes you to the area to pick your seat

yet another knockback for united, then you see reports all over social media of people already getting 2 of the games, all this weighted ballot nonsense is a farce, once a person has had a game they should be unable to apply until everyone has had a turn, its not rocket science is it, ffs.

I said a page or two page, about my plan initially.

i emailed the club and said it should be a rotation as it was the fairest system, and they just rebuffed me and told me their system was robust.

Getting an email from the club saying we’ll have a better chance, but doesn’t really mean much, when others have got through twice.

Reiterate, it’s not any fans fault, they’re encouraged by the club to apply. Sadly the club just got it wrong.

I would like some clarification on the current ticket ballot process. I have applied for all 4 raffles that have currently taken place and I was unsuccessful in all of them. It seems that people who have already received a ticket for a game are allowed to apply for the next raffle. I would question the fairness of this process and would like some clarity as to whether these people have an equal chance in the next raffle as a person who has received no tickets yet. The fair way of doing things would be a cut and dried scenario where a supporter who has received a ticket for a game is blocked out of the ballot process until everyone has attended one game and I would suggest this 'weighted ballot' scenario only seeks to muddy the waters. A situation where one person could potentially get every game at the expense of someone else who could get none is grossly unfair and should never be allowed to happen. I am a supporter who usually attends every game home and away and I await your comments and observations.

People getting 2 league games? I thought the plan was that if you were successful in the ballot for a game then you could not enter a ballot again for another game.

why should people be getting a league game and the Utd game when other people have got nothing?

That's what I was sort of thinking mate, they've had a league game, then they were successful in the ballot for the cup game.

No, people who have had a league game are allowed to enter for the next league game aswell, its nonsense
