But what if your a season ticketer in London?

Dunno. But the initial announcement was only ST in the Liverpool Tier 2 area were allowed.

Lets remember, this is essentially a test event, in all but name. And in the PL, Goodison has to be one of the most uncovid friendly grounds. (Thats a phrase I never dreamt of posting).

So its all about minimising risk, not getting as many in as possible.

Well the criteria is the same for the next month.. It's grossly unfair.

I wasn't successful but I'm not too bothered. Those were successful have they said when you have to go and get a covid test or any other information.

Don't get why they are using top balcony, maybe so the players can't hear the boos. That would be like Newcastle having fans back and putting them in the away end high in the sky
Maybe because of its size and probably the least amount of restricted views along the side of the pitch?

Park End would have been okay I would have thought aswell as the Gwladys, I dunno people will probably all cram together when leaving the ground anyway I bet

Not been in the top balcony for a long.long time, but I seem to remember it being quite roomy in the concourse. I sit in the paddock,I love it in there, but go underneath the stand at half time...you really can't move at times. Anyway,I'm another unsuccessful applicant, I wonder how many actually applied? Still, it'll be great to see people back in the old place again!

I think this was the problem the club mentioned back when they was hoping for fans to return in October, since we have narrow concourse's and small terraced streets outside

I do think using the Gwladys and park end would have been better though

Top balc is my normal place so be sound if I'm up there - the concourse is probably the biggest in the ground. Just be nice to be back wherever I am.

Least we haven't copied murder Inc and squashed everyone into one stand for a competitive edge.

Also, Not sure why the park end wasn't used - maybe the club are worried the demented souls of the miserable sods who normally sit there would possess the newbies?!

Only messing park Ender's - we love ya really!

I am not as familier with the ins and outs, so to speak, of GP these days, as you. But cant get why they dont get as many fans as is safe at ground level.
Yes entering/ exiting will be part of the rational. But would of thought they could let fans get a bit nearer to pitch. - Trying to avoid a pitch invasion probablylol.

It will look like hardly anyone is there as cameras probably won't be able to see people in the top balcony haha.

And yeah I'd also like to know how many actually applied.
