He always wanted to finish his playing career at Everton and finished it has
As an aside if he and his big wage never came here that money would have been wasted by yet another steve Walsh flop

he needed a midfield to do the running for him and he got the slowest laziest team in the country, his legs have gone, sad to say but he wont be missed.

under a better manager this season he would of played better, playing him deeper hasn't worked. he has been our best ourfield player by far this season and our top scorer. I hope he is here next season with a few better players around him.

Him signing was when my excitement last summer died. I knew he'd be seen as our main player and I knew he was finished otherwise he wouldn't have been allowed to come.

Plays at the detriment of the team. Had the odd good game, granted, but mostly has been a hindrence. When the Rooney circus and the man who willingly brought it back to us are gone, we'll be much better for it.

I for one can’t wait until we put an end to the sentimental crap which is hindering us big time. Bin off Kenwright, Rooney, and all the ex player backroom staff who aren’t remotely close to the best at what they do. I mean Franny sodding Jeffers? Never going anywhere until this stops.

Imagine if we actually got a fee for him, and also freed up his 150k a week wages! Party time or what?

I do maintain that if we sell the likes of Rooney and Schneiderlin, that we should add their wages together so that we can buy an elite player that is capable of demanding 250k a week. It’s something we could do without even increasing our wage bill at all.
The 250k a week player would be ....Yaya Toure

DC united..... His going to be playing with batman and wonderwoman.

In all seriousness, I’d keep him for another 12 months.

Compared to the rest of the jizz we employ he’s a cut above, even at half mast.
