A man previously convicted under the terrorism act , kills three people and injures 20 including several with catastrophic injuries during an attack at the home of our democracy and you don't consider it to qualify as terrorism ?

He could have done a lot hell of a lot worse if he thought about it for 5seconds.
He obviously didn't think about it, therefore it was reletivly spur of the moment thing, not a planned attack. Most likely it was suicide by cop by someone (ok already known to them probably from him having made threats before) having a breakdown.

It happened at Westminster so it's all over the news. It was a lone desperate attempt at god knows what by a desperate individual. It wasn't a highly orchestrated attack designed to injure/kill as many as possible with political aims.
