I'm fairly reserved when it comes to dismissing valuations out of hand these days mate, Watford rejected a £30m bid for Troy Deeney. It doesn't seem to matter how crap, old or injury prone a player is now, there're a lot of idiots with a lot of money out there who can surprise you.

yeah, said this a month back and the way we can get that fee is if we send him out on loan and it's a success. There's no way he can be £8m right now with his reputation, nobody knows about him.
