Think we should go in for Jordan Rhodes. Scored 40 goals in 45 appearances for Huddersfield last season and only just turned 22. Don't think he will cost much more than 5-7m.

Yeah, what would we do without Yobo, who hasn't played for us in over 2 years, Cahill, who is not a patch on the player he used to be and who most of us wouldn't include in a preffered starting 11, and Jagielka, who isn't as good as Heitinga or Distin, and is frankly, our most overrated player, because he throws himself in front of shots, most of the time resulting in deflected goals past a then helpless Howard?

Basically, you are saying if we sell Fellaini and Baines we will be relegated.

But to be honest, if we get approaching £50m for those 2 players, and can't buy a solid replacement left back, plus Piennar, and maybe another 1 or 2 squad players, and still have money to spare, we are doing something wrong.

Ideally, I'd like us to keep both, and if not, at least Fellaini, and still be able to go and buy who we want, but let's be realistic.

Yeah we and a few other PL clubs have been linked with him but no main contenders have appeared so far. But he will almost certainly be leaving Huddersfield this summer. Just hope we can convince him to join us. Here's youtube video of some of his goals:

Him and Jelavic upfront together will give most defences a hard time.

There's an extra £15 mil.

Pienaar, Dempsey and Donovan are all quite old though which is annoying.

Despite that, it would be immense, if only we could keep Baines and Fellaini and pull that off...

Plenty looking at him but Huddersfeild are looking for silly money north of 6mill - so thats stopping a lot of clubs including ours in taking a punt on someone unproven at this level.

Which you have to say is fair enough given what Nicki cost.
