Inappropriate Language
There is only one way out of this mess - to atleast make a fight of it. Going down without a fight is worst thing the players/manager can do.

Lampard has to man up, and start Dele for next 9 games - You can ask Spurs fans - Dele can be [Poor language removed] on the ball for 85 minutes but when it matters, one chance he can either set it up or take it. He got 50PL goals by age of 22 - faster than Scholes or Gerrard or Lampard.

You are saying he is no better than Iwobi ?

Play Dele as 2nd striker with Richarlison or Calvert-Lewin and give the team a chance. Keeping him on bench and not playing is not the answer.

The problem is Ali doesn’t ‘fight’ he isn’t going to run round closing people down, he jogs around waiting for the ball. This is a luxury we cannot afford at the moment..
 
Anyone who says Relegation is not a bad thing - start having some perspective.

A stadium build is underway, club leadership isnt good enough, players not good enough, manager not good enough. Average players are on heavy contracts with no relegation clause. If the players are sold, there wont be takers except for 2 or 3. Even within PL, FFP is already breached.


If get relegated this season, there is most likely a FFP fine + points deduction + poor squad = more chance of going down to league 1 than coming back up straight away

This is worse than QPR situation - atleast in QPR they had a sensible owner who took wrong advice as a novice owner and went down. Even then, till this day, they cant come up.

Dele used to be one of the top runners when he played under Pochettino - Club is in dire situation. Lampard has to make the effort & man manage.

To say he is a luxury is a easy way out. Do anyone honestly believe Dele wont try - you start him atleast once ,show him that he is trusted. It seems club just dont want to pay the money to Tottenham and get out and save some money

And how many days are we going to keep saying he cant be given a chance but Iwobi can be given a chance ?
 

Everytime the pressure of success hits these players they lose and bomb out of European positions. Now every single game here on in is a high pressure game. We will end up 20th.

When he has been brought on, he's made Rondon look like a marathon runner. Perhaps that's part of the issue.

Have you seen him when he has come off the bench? If so, if that is trying I don’t want him. Lampard has been clear about when he plays ie it’s starts with effort in training, therefore if he isn’t showing it he doesn’t deserve to play.

I thought the FFP thing was all ok, we could use a multitude of reasons to take us within the rules.

Well how comes the likes of DCL are playing, he shows very little on every match day. Ultimately It’s on the pitch that matters, you can’t tell me some of these players are playing on merit, I bet Rondon tries harder in training than DCL.
