If we'd lost away at Man United and Bournemouth which were the expected outcome, and chucked in that horror show against Newcastle we'd very much have been in one. But we didn't so happy days!

Until a week or two ago, I’d have put my money on West Ham going down. I think they’ve figured it out enough now to stay above water. I’d say Wolves, Burnley, and Leeds are gone. Sorry, Dom. But I wouldn’t drop my jaw if Forest somehow went down as well.

Cant see forest going. Too many good players and a pragmatic manager. Leeds, burnley and wolves are simply gone.... theres noone else bad enough to go with them. West ham will maybe be a close 4th bottom

It reminds me of the 1970s with two points for a win keeping things very tight. As a child, I think it was the league table in the Sunday Mirror that first interested me in football - along with the pools - WLWDL. Who was this mysterious W.B.A. who have climbed four places by winning at Norwich City?

Let's face it: with most teams - bar Wolves - capable of beating anyone else on any given day, it make for a more interesting season.
