Looking at West Ham’s fixtures after todays European draw , it means they’re going to be playing a game every 3 days from 2nd-29th of April.
That‘s a lot for any so called “elite” teams but for West Ham that might be a bit to much (sadly) I like them and there lunatic fans….
Not many are talking about them but I have a sneaky feeling they're in big trouble.

It seems (roughly) 70:30 in favour of him going, however some of that 70 is a slightly reluctant 70, thinking that if he had more time/games he may not need to have gone. Tbf some of the 70 have been calling for him to be gone for weeks. My own opinion is that the club lost it’s nerve and worryingly there appears to be nothing in place as a back up. We’ll see.
reckon this weekend was the last chance to make a decision on his future with international break coming up at least it gives the new manager a week or so on the training ground.

For your sake i hope roy has more enphusiasm than when he took over at watford

The next three games will be tough. But I feel with a Monday night home game right after the international break gives Everton the advantage over spurs.

And United after all their squad plays internationals will have to play an extra game before playing us without their best midfielder. And a 12:30 KO so, fancy a 1-1.

Some tasty fixtures in the relegation battle today. I imagine Everton will be safe, relegated, safe, relegated several times before the end of the day
Villa 5-0 b’mouth
Brentford 5-0 Leicester
Saints 0-5 spurs
Wolves 0-0 leeds
Chelsea 0-1 everton

Not much to ask is it?

What i reckon will happen

Villa/b’mouth draw
Brentford win
Saint/spurs draw
Wolves win (not the worst result)
Chelsea win

I think Wolves winning would be the better result. They've already got points on the board where as Leeds don't. Far higher probability of us finishing above Leeds than them. I want three teams set adrift ASAP.

As an end of the season thing but is Roy going to keep them up? I'm not so sure myself.

He will make them hard to beat mate, like us though there problems are goals so he would play % football, they are on 27 and hoping 36-38 is the magic number and could he get achieve that in there run after Arsenal, bit its a risk, hes gone from there a while and took Watford down last season.

Yep I wouldn't be enamoured at the possibility of Roy's return.
I would be very surprised if either Roy wanted the job or was appointed manager. However, if we decide to stick with Paddy McCarthy as interim, a good young coach from the U21’s who is taking the game in Sunday, then someone like Roy, who knows some of the squad and certainly knows the club, would make sense in a mentor type role.Re set in the summer.

That takes out a lot of what is good about Palace though. Sure he will have a 2 lines sitting deep but the likes of Andersson and Guehi at the back start a lot because they can bring the ball upfield comfortably and spread it about. They have enough attacking talent in that squad to score goals even without Zaha (who has never been a massive goalscorer) they should be doing far better than what they are at the moment imo.

I think there have been a few depleting factors there mate, they've needed a striker for as long as they have been in the PL and never really really cracked it, Edouard has it if they can play to his strengths. Gallagher is a big miss, his late runs were a massive foil, space opener for their wide players - who are their danger men and they miss his goal contribution. They've had bad injuries to Zaha lately (i wonder is his eye on the summer) and currently their keepers are out injured. They've been blessed to be on 27 points - they've gotten some really lucky decisions this season.

If they give it to Hodgson as you say they will play wo deep banks of four and he will play on the counter, they have those players who can hit you on the break, its as viable a strategy as any at this stage.

Palace in my experience is one of the most hostile ground to go to, well they are loud anyway - they have massive 6 pointers at home:

Leicester
Us
WHU
Bourmouth
Forrest.

They will be targeting winning 2/3 of them at home and looking for draws away in my opinion.

In think Palace were always getting safe. I'm not too concerned by them. (If they fail to get a bounce and dont take advantage of the 'winnable' games they have, great. I'd welcome that.) Same with Wolves. They're getting safe.

S'ton and Forest are my bankers to go down. If Spurs beat S'ton today or even take a point, I cant see them getting off the bottom of the table again. And Forest look increasingly in free-fall with a battered squad.

But I think the core of this relegation fight is now beginning to take shape: one place in the bottom three to be taken by one from Leicester, Everton, West Ham, Leeds and Bournemouth.

We have to just focus on getting 3 wins and forget the others. I'd be confident of at least two of those other teams in the core fight not being able to match us.
