Pushing on tonight lads ?

West Ham have just dropped below us on GD.

There's an argument to be made there that Moyes has done a far worse job than Lampard so far this season..
This season, for sure. It's actually quite clear that he has given where they both started from. And some of ours seem to think we should replace Lampard with him...

Is it any wonder we are in what appears to be a terminal decline.

What manager would you realistically propose?

Right now, in the absence of any succession management activities since November when it was clear that Frank was not hitting expectations, I'd probably stick with Lampard unless we could somehow lure a Pochettino or Tuchel. But I would do so in the knowledge that sticking by Frank may very well result in relegation.

I think Frank is way out of his depth, but if we're reduced to bringing back old failures like Martinez and spent forces like Moyes because we simply do not understand or care to explore world football, then what's the point.

Put it better than I could have mate, sick of the calls for the fraud back. Sadly, while kenwright is stinking the place out it’s a definite possibility that it could happen…
Th sheer lack of ambition is incredible. The utter lack of horizon. There are 80 managers in at least four comparable leagues in Europe who we should have dossiers on - but it seems our contacts list is restricted to tried and trusted failures and old sentimental favourites. If it's Martinez or Moyes or their ilk, I have no stomach for removing the current failed incumbent.
