I could be wrong but I think we still have most of the bottom half teams still to come to Goodison second half of the season, we saw last season what difference being at home makes in the run in.

For that reason I’m not overly worrying just yet. If we get to Feb/March and we’re in the bottom 3 then I’ll start to panic.

Even though we are in big trouble at the moment, there are still 4-5 terrible teams along with us. We may still be fine for that reason alone but was hoping for a bit more than that this season. Shows how far we have fallen.

As of today, FiveThirtyEight gives us an even 50% chance of being relegated this season.

A dire calculation but still refreshingly posi compared to the misery mongers of GOT.

The 3 teams below us, Bournemouth, Leeds and west ham all in the mix.
Still a very long way to go. West ham will surely pull away eventually. None of the others us included aren't very good.
We need to win around 7 more games and draw a few . As do the others.

We are strong contenders for the drop as things stand. Two good attacking additions (that can actually put the ball in the back of the net) in January, and we might be ok.
