Given are current injuries we are a couple more from being in trouble. Scoring goals will be an issue all season. You have to think all our victory’s will be narrow and hard fought.

That being said a good spirit can take you a fair way and when you compare us to the likes of Forest, Leicester, Villa and Wolves we appear more stable.

I also have a theory that we will have a stronger second half of the season. A lot of our homes games have been against top half teams. When we get a run at the easier home fixtures we should move up the table

I believe that lampard thought like many of us that the club would sign another forward and let rondon go, so there was no need to take a risk and have rondon injured...did the same with Allan and we know what happened with him.
