Funny thing is, with PSV's resources Brands was shelling out quite a lot on players...we have more money so he can go up a couple of levels.

Also, if these linked players did sign and did well then in 12 months time we could have £300mil worth of talent with say Kean, Reinier and Richarlison.

Hes got over 280,000 instagram followers which seems insane to me...

If we were after 'the new Rooney' and the fee was £35mil i think everyone would be excited as we would all have heard of him or be able to read another teams forum to learn about him...as its local.

As Reinier is in Brazil were all surprised at the size of the fee....but its Brands market and he will know how good this player is now and his potential.

Every article/snippet says hes potentially world class and a once in a generation talent...

Richarlison signing could be a snowball effect as he will be more than happy to tell others how Silva is like a father figure + helped him settle in England and play for Everton and Brazil.

The boy would have to be daft not to look at any offer we make seriously.
