I can't see that happening though. We're not "important" enough

The home crowd are always baying for yellow cards so my concern is that the longer the game goes on, if it stays tight will mean the obligatory weak second yellow card for us or a soft pen.

We are going to have to win this by 2 clear goals and for that to happen Bobby needs to to do what he did to Everton in the cup last year. This means killing the game early in a short period of play which will force Wenger to withdraw his better players for the upcomming games.

Somebody in a blue shirt needs to have the game of his life and the team needs to do something we have,nt done at Arsenal for a very long time. WIN BIG !

Looking at who is reffing the other Cup games it could have been a LOT WORSE..

the totally erratic Mason (crazy at Arsenal - awarded us a goal that was miles offside, terrible in the home game against West Brom when Baines was nearly decapitated in the box which lead to Arteta getting a red card, awful at Blackburn with the 3 penalty awards - all dubious), Pawson (first season in the PL apart from one game) and the utterly terrible Anthony Taylor (who gets to give City a bye into the semis) - Taylor reffed the game at West Ham last season when he sent off Cole and Gibson, he also ignored the blatant foul on Baines at Cardiff and gave the powder puff one on Benteke at Villa. Also sent Billy off at West Brom.

So....lower ticket allocation to give Arsenal an advantage, a referee that has never really favoured us and has made some pretty awful decisions against us.....what next?
Perhaps a 78 year old Clive Thomas will come out of retirement on Friday and run the line on Saturday??

Oh no, this is bad...He shouldn't be allowed to ref us tbh after the derby (worst refereeing display I've ever witnessed) and Spurs which was the biggest load of [bad language removed] ever. We'll still win though.
