My first football shirt had a number 3 on the back because he was my hero. I was Chelsea blue, because my mum didn't know, and she made the number from white tape. But I was so proud, aged 8. Thank you Ray. Part of a great team.

Sadly, another joining the pantheon of greats. That is one helluva team we've got up there.

He was involved with the 2 1966 Cup Finals of note. He deflected Wednesdays first goal into our net, he headed his
clearance header to Haller for the Germins to score their first goal, but ended up on the winning side both times.
He was a part of a marvellous side in the 60s, something I'll never forget. Goodnight Ramon.
