Well that was a brilliant run in europe.Rangers can be very proud of their efforts.And if they win the next old firm game, then the title race is bang on.If Rangers are supposed to be a club, that's just 6 years old.Then surely their efforts should be admired and praised, as opposed to being subject to ridicule?

My suspicion is that Celtic will get the job done in the end. They've been terrible this season in comparison to the way they have been in the last few seasons, and I think the EL hasn't done them or Rangers any favours. All the pretenders will fade away though as they have too much quality. I dont expect Celtic to be looking over their shoulder by Easter. Rodgers has not managed them well this season, though.

I said that this year is all about closing the gap on Celtic.The run in europe defied expectations.There is a scottish cup to win, and as of now Rangers are in the title race.So in a way things are progressing ahead of schedule.The most important thing is that Rangers be patient, rebuild in a sensible way, and don't put the club into a position, where it faces yet another financial disaster.
