There's a couple of not too bright lads I went to school with reposting all sorts of crap on Facebook. Vids of Tommeh exporting action, the crap AI lion stuff, themes of saving the country.
Same. A few family members as well, sadly.

Saw that one post they all seem to write which starts: “I don’t usually post political stuff on here, but…” doing the rounds.

They’ve all gone a bit quiet lately since it turns out all the presumptions they were making were completely wrong.

Being the tit that I am, I’ve posted this around to see if I get any bites:

:hayee:

Fascists. These aren't 'ordinary people' they're thugs looking to cause trouble. They treat it like a away day, get pissed coked up and cause havoc. It's a opportunity for some of the older gammons to re-live their NF days.

... and I suppose they claim they are anti-Jewish and anti-Moslem religious beliefs , and yet they go destroying Christian gravestones. They are scum, end of.

A prediction - there will, as there has been since October 7th, far less aggro from the 000,000s protesting what is being done to the Palestinians than there will be from the 000's of "patriots"* who oppose them.

* patriots in the sense of the word of supporting a nation that killed more British service personnel than the Palestinians ever did
Aye, the cider and coke fuelled half wits live for these kind of opportunities. I really hope the police start going in hard on these d-heads.

Now Belfast....

BTW re the 'Coolock says No' banner in Belfast, Coolock is actually in Dublin and has been the site of arson attacks on premises earmarked or rumoured to be earmarked to house asylum seekers. Obviously this 'protest' has been orchestrated to include groups outside of NI.

Some very nasty far right people involved.
Thats probably the far right mc gregor followers travelling up from down south and standing side-by-side with the far right of unionism, neo nazis. They are a disgrace to the nation.

Thankfully theres a small turnout and counter protest at city hall. They didn't get the turnout and supported they wanted today.

I'm just not sure it is quite as 'organised' as this. I don't buy into the idea that groups are being brought in and told to fight; I think a lot of these riots are taking place in areas of and with surrounding areas of high deprivation and poverty, which, as we know, is the perfect breeding ground for extreme views. It seems that many of the men arrested after the Southport riots were local and from surrounding areas. The videos from Sunderland are full of local accents and even football shirts linked to the area. Don't get me wrong, there clearly are influential people organisations sparking them, but then the local herd follows.

The level of poverty in these types of areas across the country has been steadily increasing over the years, accelerated over the last 14, and you're left with people who don't do well academically, have drink and drug problems, are low paid or unemployed, grow up with adverse childhood experiences and ultimately are being exploited by the likes of Farage, the right of the Tory party, online grifters and russian bots. When you're living in poverty and the nuances and reasons of why aren't discussed properly, then there's the constant drip drip of anti immigration rhetoric supplied by social media and much of the mainstream media, it's absolutely no surprise that it doesn't take much to cause an explosion.

There’s certainly organisation within far-right groups like PA. They’re organising protests & travelling up within hours to different locations.

All they need is to put a protest on, throw a few violent fellas in there & the locals will join in. Exactly what happened in Southport.

I’m so tired of all this

It’s properly getting me down if I’m honest.

Tired of thick, ignorant, blatant racism and nastiness.

The lower class, just looking for somebody they consider lower to kick.

It’s tiresome, abhorrent and makes me sick.

What quite amazing timing, convenience levels off the scale.
I think they just scrambled through the 'big book of right wing excuses' after the identity of the 17 year old became common knowledge and landed on that.

If you're wondering Amazon does sell the Big Book of Right Wing Excuses. Great read, only 2 pages, 1st page is dem immigrants, 2nd is dem elites. Absolute page turner

Did I see where some MMA brains trust was also involved in some of the riots in England? Mate of McGregor perhaps?

The Dublin riots in November following stabbing of kids coming from a school was clearly co-ordinated through far right social media sites.

I spoke to a witness who was unfortunately leaving a meeting and came straight into the riot, and she said they were being led by a number of clear ring-leaders who urged the mob to attack anyone coloured. Of course loads of shops looted and Gardai (Irish police) and their vehicles were attacked. They even burned a LUAS tram.
