Carl,

Sorry for your loss mate.

Never been a big animal person. To cut a long story short, the sis in law died of flu - had lung issues and got the flu about 2 weeks before the jabs were due out about 5 years ago. She had adopted a street dog a year earlier.

Much against my will, we were stuck with the mutt.

Best friend I ever had. Love him to bits. Know for a fact that when he moves on, we will cross paths again. He has kept my marriage and our family together, everyone is besotted about the cling, needy git.

The deal is, he is irreplacable.

But if you love a dog, go down to the shelter and love another one.

Carlos would have wanted it.

Mind yourself.

And your new best mate.

My Deepest sympathies , so sorry for your loss :(

Myself , wife and family are devote dog lovers they are loved as part of the family

All the best keep well

I'm sorry @carlos21

Thanks for telling me to get a Springer. You will always help me never forget him. You are the reason I've had such joy over the last 1 1/2 years.
Ah mate sorry to hear.
We have 2 dogs and would be absolutely heartbroken if anything happened to them.

So sorry to hear of your loss :(
you must be devastated.

I'm sure that sometime in the future, you will find it in your heart to get other dog , not as a replacement for Carl but as a reminder of how lucky we are to have the uncondtional love of animals in our lives .
They give us so much and want so little back in return .
Take care .

Sorry for your loss mate, must of been shocking for you to receive that news for a somewhat straight forward procedure. Heart goes out to ya.
