Regarding item returns;
"This does not affect your statutory rights"
What does that mean? :huh:

I think basically it means if theres a fault you can still go and get your money back within 28 days
As an Ex-Claims Manager , and with respect , it doesnt actually .
I had a family case recently .
It used to be that as Basil said , as long as the item was as purchased , receipt , etc , you could indeed refund .
It was English Consumer Law - Common Law .
Now , however , and Ive been out of the game since 03 , as long as the Shop or wherever , display a non-adherence to said law , THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO REFUND . THEY WILL REPLACE / POSS CREDIT NOTE , BUT WILL NOT rEFUND .
Invariably , it will be on a 3 inch by 2 inch card stuck behind the Till , but , alas , that is enough .
Still worth a try , like . But if you see the card , think twice before you buy . ITS NOT MARKS AND FUKN SPENCER , PEOPLE .
