After the first half of the season i might of said good riddance get what we can for him, BUT post christmas (as with ALL the squad) he really stood out as a quality CB and now i say if he has to go then it cant be less than 10mil surely?

ffs I gota work now.

This ain't over Del lad.

*puts t shirt back on

For the sake of the thread, thank God.

I'm not surprised there are clubs sniffing Heitinga now. Always thought he was a different signing for us. IMO, he is usually the type of player who thinks he is better than a club, and most players like that would never sign for EFC. He always caught me as the type of person who thinks playing for, say, Roma is far and away better than Everton.

 5 pages ago he was definitely gone forever.

The Internet has a lot to answer for because Its keeping me from things I've supposed to be doing but you haven't seen that from me in any posts (I don't think ?) as it happens personally I've been saying for months (on other sites) that I don't think he'll be here when the window shuts but certain is another matter

im gonna be gutted to see him go, esp for such a low fee. lets hope the back dont hoof it, cos Jelavic seems to play better when he hits it 1st time, rather than running with the ball towards goal.

It's only from twitter, but one of the lads who was calling this and cahill last night reckons that there's "a couple of turkish team, spartak and inter all interested" and it "won't be £4.5million, but closer to £10million" and that Moyes has plans for the money, it his call, and knows what he's doing with it.

If true, it'll make it a but more palatable. I'd imagine we'd maybe get a centre back in on loan to support jags distin and duffy

Honestly can't see us selling him for that little. He's a top class centre back, should be going for £7.5m minimum. Just because those Turkish clowns want to rip us off yet again doesn't mean we should sell at the first chance we get.

The offer from fene is £4.5m and previously we've been asking for 8m (euros I think ?) previously so I don't see the £10m , it'd be nice if it's true though I'd think 8 is our best case scenario

10m Pounds is almost 8m Euros, so could be possible we're asking for 8m Euros for Johnny?
