The 2012/13 financial report should be available next month (Google for "everton annual report and accounts" at the end of next month), and 2013/14 will be available in Jan 2015, so the effect remains to be seen.
Actually the big wage cut should be Moyes (4m/yr? last I heard) and Fellaini (50k/wk = 1.9m/yr). Bobby should be less than 2m/yr. But you have to add back wage of Lukaku, Deulofeu, Barry and McCarthy.
