Player Valuation: £100m
If we finished in the top 6 places this year how much do we make for each position ?

Also for Europa league what would we be standing to make next season?

And of course what would Champions League bring us at a minimum next season (don't we also make cash if we finished 4th and lost the qualifier?)

Cheers

So finishing 4th and getting into group stage+winning two games nets 23.4mil EUR..

Thats not bad at all..

If we qualify for the champions league and make the money that is noted, is there any expenditure playing champions league football?

This is not quite right. First, this was the old deal, the new deal ticks on this season. Second, TV money comes into two parts: domestic & overseas, and domestic part also sub-divides into three parts.

From website Swiss Ramble (swissramble.blogspot.hk)
Old deal
Overseas: divided equally, so 18.8M to everyone
Domestic:
Part1: Equal share, 13.8M to everyone
Part2: facility fees - over 0.5M per every TV broadcast (minimum 10) and so at least 5.8M. If you are Sky's favours or do well in cups or CL & EL then you get more live broadcasts.
Part3: Merit Payment, 1st-15.1M, 2nd-14.4M, 3rd-13.6M, 4th- 12.8M, 5th-12.1M, 6th-11.3M

New deal
Overseas: from Sportingintelligence.com, new deal worths 2.233bn for 3 years, that's 744.33M/yr, so 37.2M for everyone
Domestic:
Part1: Equal share, 22.6M to everyone
Part2: facility fees - over 0.8M per every TV broadcast (minimum 10) and so at least 9.5M
Part3: Merit Payment, 1st-24.7M, 2nd-23.5M, 3rd-22.3M, 4th- 21M, 5th-19.8M, 6th-18.5M

So 4th place means 90.3M in new deal for us (51.2M in old deal).

So we shouldn't be a team in debt should we?

What make you think that? Majority of the PL clubs are making loss. Unless you are MU, most revenue go to the wages, then the transfer fee, and then interest payment to debt/loan. For Everton, in the past players had to be sold to maintain the total debt to around 50m.

If wages are sustainable at their current level and we bring in 50mil GBP over the next year.....if that capital wasn't used then what would happen?

Martinez seemed to indicate that the club is in profit this year too. I make out this excluding the Fellaini and Anichebe money.

We're grossing near a hundred million now which means the typical 6 million loss has been blown out the water due to the BT money.

i.e. old (13.8+6million) = 20million. ; new (22.6 + 9.5) = 32.1million

So the old 80million turnover is on share and facility fees alone increased to 92.1 million turnover.

So if we finish 5th or above we will definitely go above 100million for the season projected.

I reckon we'll earn about 105million this year. Thats an increase thanks to the tv money of 30%

Roberto Martinez said:
What is very important is that if anything happens, it is our club that dictates how and when.
“If we had a financial problem or were facing a financial disaster, then we would not be in control of those aspects and I would be telling you, ‘Look, we are in the lap of the gods’.
“We are not in that situation at all. We are probably in the strongest financial position we have been for a long, long time. All we are going to make is football decisions.

Unfortunately that is not always true. According to the lastest 2011/12 account (there is always close to a yr delay in publishing full finance report), the operating loss of Everton is 19m (with gross revenue close to 80m), so players were sold (Arteta, Bilyaletdinov, Beckford, etc) to reduce the loss to 7m (and pay for Gibson and Jelavic). That means we need 100m to break even.
(Many financial report summary can be found at swissramble.blogspot.hk)
Given that we typically make ~30m on commercial and gate, that means more than 120m total revenue at the end of this season. Therefore, if wage bill is not increased, then we should net 20m profit without selling players. But in reality, the going rate for players and agent fee is always increasing with TV revenue. Aren't we suppose to give Baines an improved deal with 50% pay rise?

Have you taken 'assets on the pitch' into account ?
