And when he was (allegedly) up he was (allegedly) up,
And when he was (allegedly) down he was (allegedly) down,
And when he was (allegedly) only (allegedly) half way up,
He was in Pizza Express in Woking town (according to him).

Prefer …

Oh the grand old Duke of York
He’s had 12 million of our bucks
He‘s using it to pay off the
underage girls he … er .. fancies

Prince Andrew Duke Of York
He was quite popular once
Now everybody hates his guts
Cos he's a raging nonce

Leaves bad taste in the mouth for me this.

Maybe it wouldn't if she just said from the start she wanted him to pay for what he allegedly did and didn't spend months giving the message that she wanted justice, wanted to be heard and wanted her day in court.

If that was just a tactic to scare the accused and extract a bigger settlement then fair enough, perhaps it worked.

To me it just looks like she's sold out justice for a payday, if people say that's what she was after all along she'll find it hard to argue against it based upon her actions here.

Think it’s difficult to say what she should or shouldn’t do. Any trial would be very complicated and drawn out.
She’s basically got an admission of guilt from him. He’d have never served a day in jail regardless.

Let's say she was only after a paycheck. That still doesn't change the fact that the Prince is a nonce does it?

It is notoriously difficult to prove sexual assault or rape regardless of the situation. It could have happened a couple of days ago and been committed by some random joe public character and there’s still a very high chance the perpetrator is getting away with it. This is a decades old case against a member of one of the most high profile families in the World. He has already victim blamed her and told numerous fairly obvious lies to try and cover his back. He’s never met her etc.

He also tried to get a law in New York changed which gives victims time to make an accusation. This wouldn’t have just affected Giuffre if he had been successful, it would have affected every single woman in New York State that had been assaulted but hadn’t felt comfortable coming forward at the time.

She has an incredibly experienced legal team behind her who will be advising her what is best for her. The lawyers behind her would have loved a proper trial if they thought they had a high chance of winning as it would have been one of the biggest cases in recent history. Taking down a UK monarch for being a nonce.

But they will have advised her the best option is to take him to the cleaners, basically have him admitting guilt without actually doing it. Giving millions to charities that deal with sex abuse and setting herself up for the rest of her life. Andrew has admitted in his statement that people he was friends with sexually abused her. He is now claiming to be an ally of victims of abuse and trafficking when just recently he was doing everything but.

It’s not justice in the traditional sense of him being found guilty. But Giuffre maybe felt this is the best form of justice that was available to her.

Remember there is a good chance she might not have won at trial and numerous people would have called her a gold digging liar who was just after the money. There’s a few responses in here like that already.

Hopefully all that money she had managed to get for the charities will help people avoid or be better set up to deal with scum like Epstein, Maxwell and all the people that were either involved or turned a blind eye so they could continue enjoying the party.

It's disappointing for sure. His arse was flapping as well, the desperation in his defence was clear to see. Him now claiming to support the fight against sexual exploitation and trafficking is frankly taking the pish.

It's the fact they think the whole sordid affair is all tidied up for the jubilee "celebrations" that I find most disgusting. Like "We've paid her off, not let's not mention it ever again". Personally I'm hoping the arl enabler croaks before it - Would be boss that.
