We would have to sign Donovan of course, possibly a few other good players to give us some depth.
Everyone loves Super Phil, but does he still have the ability to start week in, week out?

Neville will be playing less and less over the next 18months at the same time as Coleman plays more and more. Its a fact of age.

Not to say Neville can't make a contribution. Look at Carsley... but it will be less because at 34 the mind may be ok, but the body doesn't recover as quick especially playing two matches a week..............

Neville has been funny for me this season. I mean, I never expected him to do ronaldo like stepovers and then a cute little nutmeg yesterday. He's 33 now and Coleman knocking on the door and then neville does these fancy sexy footworks. He said competition is good. It's doing the world of good to him. I want him to score one before the season's over.

I soooooooo wish he'd buried that chance last night.

Considering that when he plays in centre mid he's quite vocal and leads by example, he's seemed much quieter at right back. His game has definitely improved in recent weeks though. Rather than automatically looking to go over the top, he's now keeping it on the deck and running on the overlap or into the box. I think it was Pienaar who missed the chance to put him clean through last night!

I'm sure he'll make a fantastic coach for us in the not too distant future.

Agreed fully.

The time to be doing these things are at the end of the summer when we've done our buying, or even selling, instead of having this jarg fantasy football Everton XI.

That's what funny for me. We get excited then there's the despair. Again seeing Coleman in there along the other team makes me jumping again,nevermind the despair that is possibly gona come up.

He could turn out alright Coleman, this Blackpool thing should help immensely.

If he develops then we have a real possibility of having Baines and Coleman attacking from full back which would be f*cking ace to be fair.
