Sure i read somewhere that he structured his loans to the club in a way that even if he died, left it wouldn't drag the club down, even if he has looking forward they will not have the financial clout they enjoy now.

The debt is to Fordstam Limited which is the parent company of CFC from memory so his death wouldn't mean immediate repayment.
I would have thought in the event of his death that the executors/beneficiaries of his will would be able to request repayment, unless Fordstam in his will was settled on a non-discretionary and non-distributable (for a certain period) trust, but would need someone with legal expertise to sort that one out.
FM holds the debt from EFC in a different entity from his shares - always been a bit concerned about the division as the debt could be sold to a third party who start charging intetest. Unlikely, but typical "Everton that"

This piece of writing by a Arsenal blogger is quite alarming for Chelsea fans,it's floating about on Twitter.

Crux of it Chelsea could be the next Leeds,Portsmouth,Rangers if Abramovich sells up,he could sell the club and adminstrators could be brought in and under PL rules they could get points deduction and have to release players on a free,they owe him over a billion in interest free loans and the holding company he created called Fordstam Limited to own the entire chelsea assets of the club and chelsea village including a hotel has terrible financials.

This guy was checking their Chelsea company house records and found that right now Chelsea fc limited have a £500 credit limit,contrast with Arsenal and they have a £41 million credit limit.

Makes you wonder why Hazard and Courtois want out and Kante is fluttering his eyelids at PSG,maybe they know Chelsea is on icy ground.

Spent a ton of money they couldn't pay back and just before they went bankrupt they won the lottery.

No one is going to buy Chelsea unless they also have a ton of money. Roman isn't going to walk away he will sell for top dollar so I can't see Chelsea going through any hardship.
