Regardless of his character, the withdraw of a potential £1bn investment will reach those in the corridors in power and will strongly test their will.
It won't be smooth and nor will it be quick - there'll be showmanship from each side - but I believe his visa will be granted and this will continue.
If I'm wrong however, then I do feel that Chelsea will be at some real risk as he will not facilitate a cheap sale or take their sizeable debt.
Of course the downside is that Liverpool fans will be delighted with this news. Anything which makes them happy has to be bad.

True, but I rather like the thought of them in a permanent state of abject misery.But they're bitter towards every club in football so they're bound to be happy about something.
