If he pulls out completely I've heard all sorts of horror stories, which would make Leeds look benign.

Probably a bit unlike yourself, I've never minded Chelsea as with most of the London teams. You are out of our orbit a little. However for the PL, ruthless though it sounds it would be great news for the rest. You'd lose a competitor and an option to break the top 6 becomes open to us.

If he demanded all the money back that he has loaned them over the years they would in deep trouble. Although he will probably just sell to an even richer (& probably dodgier) character.
