Aye I'd say he's not too bad, but he had to go in the "poor" category for the sake of my spread yah no.
EDIT: I'm judging him as a deep midfielder/winger here as that's where he usually plays. As a no. 10 (cringe) I'd maybe even have him edging towards the good category. Criminal that he doesn't get more of a game there in my opinion.

I prefer a more in depth ranking system that utilises a 1-5 scale for both current performance levels and future potential. E.g. a 4/5 player would be presently very good, with the potential to be top class (Stones), a 4/4 player would be very good but not likely to improve/decline much in the near future (Mirallas) and a 3/2 player would be decent but declining in quality (Barry). Then these two are added to create a score out of 10, and ranked accordingly. Because I'm just that cool.
