O’Silver shouldn’t have been appointed in the first place. He simply isn’t good enough for the job.

But, we gave him a contract and we would be scoundrels not to honour that, so I say we keep him on for the duration of his contracted period then take a view at that stage.

Blame has to lie with Silva, as simply tactics, willingness to win/fight and team spirit are all devoid.
My annoyance will be when we get a new manager, these players who offer little or nothing will get a walk over and all the inept performances will be forgotten
Silva’s eventual sacking is needed, but players and Brands need to be made accountable

If not now, never will be,cant keep seeing if we can draw/win the next game,to then see him have another go till the next game when we lose, going around in circles, saying that Everton just annoy the hell out of me and said it before if we do get someone else and we lose the games we maybe look like comming up,people will say a change has not worked when the person could not have had a harder start,Month to late for me if we did it
I agree.
Just feel it'll be then.

I have never ever walked out before the final whistle anywhere whilst watching Everton in 50 plus years and I,m not going to start now ,but this plonked is testing my patience..
Everton Football Club for gods sake get rid of this stain before it is too late..

The Leicester game will be the one .
If we lose that is.
For me Al today was the last straw, we expect to lose against Leicester, we needed and expected the points today, the board need to grow a pair of bollocks and get rid tonight regardless of whether they've got a replacement ready, the guy truly hasn't got a scooby.

If he were to be sacked a lot of you would have to come up with new material instead of making the same comment over and over and over day after day after day as if you're engaged in an art project to reproduce the tedium we so often see on the pitch. And frankly I'm not sure many of you are up to it. Quite a quandary.

Yer, that’s every Evertonians main concern right now.
