Literally the worst performance I've had the displeasure of sitting in Goodison to witness in years (and there's been many to compare it to). Now lost to all 3 promoted teams (2 at home) and it's not even December. Of course he should be sacked.

Regrettably I have to agree that he should go this weekend, my viewpoint all along has been that we should keep Silva until we have an agreement in place with his long term successor. Today, however, I have accepted that he is totally out of his depth and may well get us relegated, if we give him the time.
Reluctantly, I think we will have to sack him and appoint somebody, on a contract to the end of the season, to Steady the ship and keep us ticking over whilst we identify and appoint the man to take us forward. One thing I am sure of, the man to take us forward is not Silva

I think the 14 people who voted No should be outed !!

I voted No, purely because I trust Silva more in his ability to finish the season on an average mid table points total than I do the clubs ability to make a good appointment mid season

if they miraculously have a good coach lined up then by all means show him the door NOW

If we pick up 4 points In our next 5 games it will be a massive surprise.
How long more can we keep giving them. On all known form we will lose the next 2..
Hard keep making excuses for him

my reason was much more a comment on how little trust I have in the club than a defense of the manager. Saying he will get us a normal average points total by season end is not me saying he is great

Couple of supporters who were shouting to Kenwright at the end of the game to get shut of Silva - not being too abusive to him - until one of Bill's companions in the Director's seats made a "Yap yap yap" hand gesture to them and they went berserk (rightly in my opinion). Some foul language like but the guy provoked them by the stupid action.

Silva has to go. Been on the cards for months and seeing how Spurs were so much more ruthless and determined in resolving their own managerial problems, the Everton board really have no other option.

I like Silva and I think he's probably a nice guy. So is that his problem - being too much of a nice guy? It's all very well for the squad to have a great time enjoying training, but if this doesn't translate into a performance on match day then some nastiness needs to rear its head. I've no doubt that Klopp is a nasty piece of work when things are going wrong despite his public persona of being a nice guy, hugging his players and all that.
