Provided the clubs are sensible and don't demand season ticket holders have to return if they don't feel comfortable. I don't understand what the 'science' apparently is that is preventing this.

The average Premier League attendance is just under 40,000, times by 10 games, every single week.

I mean there's a slight difference.

Ive also never had somebody spit on the back of my head on a plane while singing or shouting abuse at a player or referee.

But is there? There must be 1000s of flights every single day all over the country.

Edit: I just don't see how breathing the same air as all passengers on the plane makes it safer than being outdoors where you may or may not have someone singing. Even if there is singing are we saying that being outside is more dangerous than breathing the same air on the plane?
