Remember those games when the team fought and ran and battled, as though their life depended on it.

Or the games when we actually played coherent, decisive and smart football because we had the better players and looked sound at the back.

They are long and distant memories now.

Apart from a small handful, the majority of these players are either going through the motions, or just claiming a salary under false pretences.

I actually am wondering if they are simply not putting it in due to the uncertainty of who is directing them, to the point of they already know he is not here next season.

Look at this - it's absolutely beautiful and a million miles away from what we are now....

Dave that has just shocked me.

We are so far gone I can't see a way back.

That footage was beautiful.

Your're right mate, just watched the 2013/14 highlights and you can just see the physical attitude and power and muscle they were busting their arses for glory.

This team we have now. clueless and hopeless.

Are you planning a street party for Kenwrights exit?

Mary the Gwladys street bog cleaner told me the board can't work together, Bills handing his train set back by the end of the month and Sun tan Bob will literally be on his bike, probably cycling back to his old rugby club mates so he can arse round there instead of on our payroll...she didn't know about Jon woods, but said he was a lovely man.

Not bad for an afternoons work ay?

It's a pity Moshiri isn't leaving too.

I have a dream that Moshiri is our Shinawatra and we'll soon be taken over by a real billionaire who can help us break through. Not the City way of buying everyone, just enough to get us a booster and a fair chance to break into the top 4.

Not a single owner in the history of the richest league in the world has ploughed as much money in such a short space of time as Moshiri has here, but Dave, 76, from Burnley wants a new owner.

Mr Lukaku and Mr Stones and Mr Murdoch have provided that money for Everton's squad. Mr Moshiri has bought his own shares and owns the club debt which he'll convert into shares.

Is his name Usmanov?

Great stuff, Dave.

When will we see the likes of that again :(
