Michael Keane, couldn't stand him 2 seasons ago but hes turned out pretty good.

I thought Sigurdsson would be brilliant. At least I have that goal he scored against Leicester. One of my all time faves

I'm not overly positive or negative about players...well, apart from LB3, who I would bum at the drop of a hat.

I can recall 4 I really was dreading before they kicked a ball...Beattie, Barry and Iwobi and Walcott.

Beattie and Walcott I wasn't wrong about, IMO. Barry I was totally off on and Iwobi's still deciding his fate.

All comes down to expectation and I haven't had (nor did they come with) a whole lot of genuine expectation from our buys over the years, which is sad in its own right.

I thought Alexandersson was great for Sheff Wed for a season and was saying we should buy him.

Was overjoyed that we did and my scouting skills had been recognised only for him to be the most mediocre and uninspiring buy ever.
