Players out on loan 2025/26

90 minutes for Eli Campbell as Port Vale drew 2-2 at home to Burton. Played left back in a back four (Kyle John was right back). Port Vale are bottom, 11 points from safety. Martin Sherif still absent.

Roman Dixon got his first minutes for Stockport who drew 0-0 at home to Orient. He came on for the last 10 minutes after his side's right back got a second yellow. Stockport are 4th. Tyler Onyango still injured.

George Finney didn't play as Ayr's match was postponed.

Francis Okoronkwo, Will Tamen and Jack Patterson were all absent for their various clubs.

EFL Trophy quarter finals tonight. Tyler Onyango and Roman Dixon both started, playing 62 minutes and coming off with Stockport 2-0 up at Port Vale. It finished 4-0. Eli Campbell played the full match for Port Vale.

Doncaster also through, on pens but Francis Okoronkwo is still absent.

Off topic but thought Harrison Armstrong did ok tonight out of position. Miserable weather but I did get a decent photo at least.

Late loan round up...

On Wednesday Isaac Heath put in another 90 minute shift but Accrington lost 1-0 at Grimsby.

George Pickford has extended his contract and made a short term loan to Southport for whom he apparently played a blinder in a 5-1 victory over Hereford (thanks @yozzer for the report in the youth team thread).

Another win for AS Cannes, 2-1 at home to Andreziuex. George Morgan came on some time in the 2nd half with the scores level at 1-1. The Cannes winner came from a corner in stoppage time. They go 2nd.

Fraser Barnsley played the full match as Marine won 5-0 v Leamington.

Will Tamen was absent for Tranmere and Jack Patterson still hasn't appeared even on the bench for LKS Lodz.

Well Pickford’s only just turned 19 , and although it’s only level 6 young goalkeepers have to drop down to this level to get a regular game and work their way up . Harry Tyrer was a bit older when he was playing NLN, you’d expect Pickford to be League1/ NL next season setting him up for a new club before his contract expires

A busy night of action for the loanees.

Stockport travelled to Bradford in a League One top 5 clash. Tyler Onyango started as right wing back for Stockport and was replaced by Roman Dixon on 56 minutes with their side 1-0 down. It finished that way. Stockport drop to 5th.

Eli Campbell played the full game in Port Vale's defeat at Stevenage and was his side's man of the match. Martin Sherif came on for Vale on 51 minutes with them losing 2-1 which is how it finished. Port Vale are still bottom.

Francis Okoronkwo is still injured. His Doncaster won 1-0 and climb to 18th.

Isaac Heath got an assist and 90 minutes for Accrington who won 1-0 at Tranmere despite having 2 men sent off. Will Tamen still absent for Tranmere. Accrington are 13th and Tranmere are 17th.

George Finney played the first half in Ayr's Challenge Cup quarter final at St Johnstone. He went off at the break with his side winning 2-1. It finished 3-3 but Ayr progressed on pens to a semi final tie with Inverness.

As reported by @yozzer George Pickford got a clean sheet and put on another man of the match display as Southport drew 0-0 at home to Buxton. Southport are 18th. Terrific in a men's league for a keeper who has only just turned 19.
