The thing that’s impressed me about Dobbin this season is his work rate. He’ll go back to pick up the ball if necessay, run hard at defences, get in the box, shoot or lay it off. He’s been making it happen as opposed to waiting for someone to supply a through ball for him to run on to. League 1 of course, but it’s great progress for him at Derby.
