To be honest thats the complete opposite of holistic. It comes across as the behaviour of a stalker, or even an abuser. If you wanted a holistic grown up approach you give people space not micro manage every aspect of their lives.

Or not. You know if someone has said they’ve had a crap day because they’ve had to take their dog to the vet that they aren’t going to train well. It’s good elite level coaching, albeit one example that feels a bit exaggerated.

My view is that people should just disengage with him on social media and stop giving him a platform.
