Persistent standing at aways is now costing us tickets

Do we stand or don't we? Half was standing last night and half wasn't. I only stand when people obscuring my view stand, when they sit, I sit.

People in front of me stood, I stood, people behind me complained, they stayed sitting. It's up to them to stand up but we all need to be together on this.

I understand its harder for the older people to stand up for long periods of time but people need to realise that if I'm standing up, stand up behind me, don't sit there and tut because if I get onto it next time I'll be the first one who speaks my mind.

Don't sit behind me when I'm standing and pull faces, stand up as well, it's what you do. I won't feel guilty if you stay seated. Just join in with everyone else.

Stand up and join in the atmosphere.

Another point I wanna raise as well, as I approached my seat the person next to me made eye contact so I said "alright mate" and he ignored me. There was people around me who were miserable, who seemed like they went out looking for the bingo and ended up in the emirates. Few of us were singing and people sat there miserable looking glum like we were some sort of yobs. Everyone is there for a good time so let's all get into the spirit ay.

What block were you in lad?

Everyone was standing around me, so naturally i stood up, i even sang a bit (which i dont like doing - Hence me in the family enclosure)

there was people sitting near the front who wanted to stand and sing. why didnt they swap with people at the back who was all standing and singing? im sure there was people at the back who wanted to sit down, but couldnt?

I was in row 5 and would've loved to have stood not least because of the ****e view
