I thought Pellegrini's spell at city was underwhelming and was not overly impressed by him but compare a premier league and two time league cup winner to being relegated in your first season and sacked in your second like Silva and on the face of it, I'd have to take Pellegrini's all day long.

I would rather go for a younger Silva than Pellegrini at 70 who went out to pasture in China
I am not totally convinced on Silva but should he come in which is being said as a done deal I will support him 100% , meeting with Brands will be hopefully pivotal
