Whats got you excited about him lad?

He's done nothing to stand out so far I agree when he's come on he has pace, doesn't hide, looks to be involved in build up, works hard, is versatile, has a decent touch , can cross a ball..................that'll do me for starters. A grand total of almost 3 games he has played for us..........all the above is a good enough starting point for me to at least give the lad a chance.

I've seen enough of him to know if hes on the team sheet there will be no fear from the opposition. Just "oviedo?, who the ***** that"

for what it's worth (nothing really) I think he's done alright so far, and he will be a good asset for us

he's a 22 year old costa rican that cost £2m coming from the Danish league so I don't know what people were expecting from him??

when he gets an extended run in the side next season he'll be ace, think he could do with some reserve games too as well as the odd start here and there in home games

he's a terrific lad too

he wasn't bought to be a goal threat either, his natural position is left back not on the wing - although with another 6 months of coaching he could be a winger but obviously he needs time to adjust to the position

What's the logic?

That passing a damning judgement on a players ability (not just individual performances) based on 13 appearances, most of which were less than 30 minutes is a bit stupid.

Fellaini, Distin, Jags all fall into the category of players who didn't start brilliantly. Look at them now, starting eleven every game.
