I am going to go against the grain here and say that I don't mind Felix. He can attack teams and has always been a goal threat. Not a generational talent but a skilled player nonetheless.

A modern day great by modern day metrics, where we judge players by goals and assists and whether they've won trophies but have forgotten to actually watch the game.
Heavily relies on a system and having better footballers around him
Technically limited but physical beast. Has one unreal game in 3 and the rest of the time ticks over with penalties

Not consistent enough. That's why he's overrated. You're right, can be a world beater one minute but then doesn't bother his backside for long periods. Anyone who's played the game can produce something good now and again. But you're right, you have to put things into perspective.

Season before his big injury he was absolutely immense

Holding midfielders in that mold are to a man overrated. It’s a style of play that only works because of the sizable imbalance of talent in football. When you have 11 players better than the best player on the other side you can have Sergio Busquets.
