no offence like, he was very spectacular last season, but he's only had one really good season, no way has he done enough to justify such a huge tag. Fair play to levy though, god i envy spurs having him, they'd be absolutely nowhere without him. will be interesting to see how they cope without him, they had a great squad last season but were still a one man team. will miss watching him in the prem though, even if he did single handedly make sure we didn't get europe.

that was only one game though. he's a fantastic player, but i mean bar last season he's never had a really really good season. ronaldo had a few seasons of painstakingly good performances and yet he went for £13m less. don't think he's done anywhere near enough to command such a fee. Still very young though so has plenty more seasons in him to do that though.

Another £60m for Willian and Lamela, balanced out by £93m for Bale means they'll only be £4.75m in the red.
